Education Policy Workshop Ends

A three-day workshop on the Education Policy Document 2004 - 2015 organised by the Association of Non-governmental Organisation (TANGO), in collaboration with GICAP, ended recently at the Tango headquarters in Kanifing.

The workshop brought together participants from various government departments and non-governmental organisations to dilate on issues of the policy document on the Advancement and Empowerment of Gambian Women.

Participants also discussed the Local Government Policy Act on Decentralisation and Education policy, as well as the PRSP (SPAIII), the MDGs, and the National Employment Policy and Action Plan.
